The Villa

Our two-storey town house is situated within private gates and is surrounded  by a tropical oasis of beautiful swaying palm trees, lush green foliage and colourful exotic flowers. If you’re looking for a slice of luxury on your holiday, then this is the ideal place for you.

The property itself, is fully air-conditioned and features an open plan living and dining area. The living room is of an extravagant size and houses a 42” flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating. Dining area has seating for up to 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen to meet all your culinary needs, kitchen bar with 3 bar stools and a breakfast nook table for two. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and the property also offers Wi-Fi internet access.

On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, which are accessible for disabled guests, as well as a large bathroom with a walk in shower, which is part handicap accessible. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms, two of which have en-suite facilities and one, which has a double and single bunk bed combination. There is also a further bathroom. All bedrooms feature flat screen cable TVS.

Outside there is a private heatable splash pool with a generous screened pool deck and covered lanai which has a table, 4 chairs and 2 loungers for your private enjoyment. This luxurious townhome will accommodate up to 12/13 people very comfortably.
The Resort

Paradise Palms is only a 10 minute drive from the entrance of Walt Disney World in Orlando and is the ultimate resort experience. Paradise Palms is carefully planned as a quiet enclave where you and your family can get away from it all….while being close to it all!

From the moment you arrive at the magnificent gated entry to Paradise Palms (manned 24/7) you will be amazed by the stunning sights and sounds of a true tropical paradise. From the cascading waterfall to the illuminated fountains to the lush landscaping with an abundance of palm trees and exotic flora, you really will believe that you have arrived in Paradise.

If you are just looking to relax in the warm Florida sun, where better than at the gigantic lagoon-style swimming pool, which ranges in depth from 3’ to 5’. There are 2 Jacuzzi spas (one is enclosed in a grotto hidden behind the cascading waterfall and the other is for those who want exposure to the sun). There is a separate kiddie pool for the younger children, featuring  fun fountains, which are sure to keep the little ones entertained all day long.  There are ample loungers and seating on the generous patio area, where you can enjoy a drink or a light snack from the outside tiki bar. Alternatively you may want to make use of the adjacent picnic and BBQ area for your own family cookout. If sunbathing isn’t your thing, or the children are getting restless, there is a children’s adventure play area or you could enjoy a playful game of tennis (there are 2 courts), botchy ball, basketful or even fishing, there is so much to see and do at Paradise Palms.

When the sun just gets too much there are lots of activities to be enjoyed within the 9,500 square foot prestigious clubhouse. There is a large games room with pool tables, table tennis, air hockey and arcade games. There is a 49-seat movie theatre, where guests can bring their own family DVDs for viewing, providing there is no other movie being shown. Other facilities include, a fully-equipped fitness centre overlooking the pool including a sauna, a lavishly furnished card room ideal for competition playing, meeting rooms and sundry shop (coming very soon). Amazingly all of these resort facilities are free to guests and are only a 2 minute walk from the villa.
